 In this article, I will teach you how to recover damaged and old documents.

this is very easy to recover damaged and old documents in Ms. word.

The recovery process involves various simple steps which are;

Step 1: Take picture of Your old document and save it on your PC/Laptop.

Step 2: Run Ms. Word in your system.

Step 3: Select "Blank document" from the menu as shown in Fig 1.

Now this window will appear 


Step 4: Click "Insert" in the main menu.


Now select "Picture".


Now select "  This device" in the menu.


Now navigate to the folder where your document picture is saved,  select the file and then click on insert.



Step 5: Now click on "Wrap Text" in the Picture Format Menu and then select "in front of text".



Step 6: Click On Crop if you want to Crop your file or any other adjustment i.e. straightening etc. . other wise Click on small arrow downside from the menu "Picture Style".


when you clicks on the arrow a new window will appears. Clicks on Picture icon.



Now select " Picture Correction".


play with the sider Till you are satisfied with the output as I have done below.


Step 7: Now you will see some spots and grain in the document so to remove these we will go to the "Draw" tab and will select "pen Marker" and will change its color to white as shown in the Figure below.


Remove all the dots, patches, and grains using a Pen marker tool (white). your document is ready in the new Form and we successfully Recovered the document.



Now we will use a black "Pen Marker" to do more adjustments. and finally, our Document will look like this.


 Step 8: Now Go to "File" and Select Save As "Pdf" where you want.
